To qualify Leadership Bonus you need to earn Personal Group Business Volume from your non Super Star legs according to your status in the company as shown:

How Leadership Bonus is distributed?
Let us assume that you become Silver Star Associate. Now in your down line, A qualifies Qualified Silver Star & B down line of A also qualifies Qualified Silver Star and C down line of B qualifies Super Star and does a PGBV of 1, 50,000 BV.
PGBV means Personal Group Business Volume. This does not include the BV of Super Star leg. Your income and income of your down line Associates A, B & C will be as shown.
As a Qualified Silver Star Associated, you are entitling for Leadership Bonus up to three generations.
The income is shown below:
4% PGBV of A = 1, 20,000 x 4% = 4,800.00
3% PGBV of A = 1, 00,000 x 3% = 3,000.00
2% PGBV of A= 1, 50,000 x 2% = 3000.00
Total Bonus Income = Rs.10, 800.00
Qualified Silver Star Associate A earns Leadership Bonus as shown below:
4% PGBV of B = 1, 00,000 x 4% =4,000.00
4% PGBV of C = 1, 50,000 x 3% =4,500.00
Total Bonus Income =Rs. 8,500.00
Qualified Silver Star Associate B earns Leadership bonus as shown below:
4% PGBV of C = 1, 50,000 x 4% =6,000.00
Note: You can multiply your Leadership Bonus income by sponsoring number of Super Stars and above up to three generations.
