Direct Selling is the main feature of the operations of the company. Products manufactured by the company are distributed with the help of their Independent Business Associates (IBAs). There is an open multi level marketing plan that has been designed such that the associates can earn. The performance of IBAs is rewarded with gifts and the company offers support in the form of business promotion and training materials.

IBA – Independent Business Associate
A person who fills the application form and signs it along with accepting the rules and guidelines of the company can be regarded as an Oriens Distributor. The individual can buy Oriens products at the Distributor price. When the person wants to become an IBA, he or she needs to buy Oriens products worth Rs. 900. The individual will also be eligible to add more people to the team.
There is a 30 days cooling off period, a retail profit of 10 to 20 percent along with a 30 days money back guarantee.

The money back policy states that if someone does not want to continue working as an IBA of the company within 30 days, he or she can return all the products and benefits back. The person will get a refund after deduction of the taxes. The individual’s I.D will be terminated.

1) RETAIL BONUS
Every distributor is eligible to get retail profit when he or she sells a product. As a distributor you can purchase at Distributor Price (DP) and sell at Maximum Retail price (MRP). The retail profit is a between 10 to 20 percent.

2) FAST TRACK BONUS
This is an additional bonus that is given to the Introducer for educating an IBA and promoting the company’s products. The person will become One Diamond or Two Diamond or Three Diamond based on the volume of products purchased by the new IBA.

Upon purchasing products worth 4500 BV for the first time in one shot or within 15 business days, the IBA becomes One Diamond. The introducer of the IBA will get 10% as bonus (Fast Track Bonus). In the same way, when an IBA makes a purchase of 13500 BV he becomes Two Diamond and the Introducer earns 5% and the IBA gets 5% as Fast Track Bonus. Upon purchasing products worth 45000BV for the first time, the IBA becomes Three Diamond and 3% bonus is given to the Introducer while the IBA gets 7% Fast Track Bonus.
However, the Introducer is eligible for this bonus only when he or she is already a One Diamond IBA.

3) COMPENSATION BONUS
A One Diamond has the highest sales team called the Power team and another team called the Compensation team. The two will be called as One Group when the Power Team has 9000 BV and the Compensation Team has 4500 BV. The sponsor will get 12% – 15% bonus from BV of compensation team on achieving one group.

Compensation bonus is calculated as follows:
Total TNBV of the cycle x 40% divided by Total groups achieved by IBAs in the cycle.

4) PERSONAL PURCHASE BONUS
The Personal Purchase Bonus is given to the IBA when he or she achieves a Diamond level. The bonus is based on the percentage set of every Diamond level. The first purchase of 4500 BV is excluded.
The different levels are: One Diamond, Two Diamond, Three Diamond, Four Diamond, Five Diamond, Six Diamond, Seven Diamond, Gold Director, Diamond Director, Ambassador and Crown Ambassador.

5) PARTNERSHIP BONUS
Those with a Diamond level above 5 can get a Partnership Bonus of 10%.

6) REWARDS
The firm gives rewards to its IBAs based on the position they achieve.

7) HONORARY BONUS
A two percent Honorary Bonus will be calculated on the company’s total monthly turnover and will be distributed to all Gold Directors and above.
