0.5% of Global Business volume (GBV) turnover of the company will be shared for Performance Bonus for PLATINUM, DIAMOND and ROYAL DIAMOND than amount will be distributed according to Rank wise pull equally among all the Eligible achievers.
Eligibility Terms:
The performance bonus will be paid on the global turnover after eligibility.
Once eligible, the Performance bonus will be paid for 9 months, subject to active clause. To continue getting the Performance Bonus, eligibility criteria should be achieved once again in the prior 9 months
7.4. STAR PERFORMANCE BONUS
FOR BLUE DIAMOND, PURPLE DIAMOND WHITE DIAMOND
0.5% of Global BV turnover of the company will be shared among all the Eligible achievers
Eligibility Terms:
The performance bonus will be paid on the global turnover after eligibility.
. Once eligible, the Star Performance bonus will be paid for 12 months, subject to active clause. To continue getting the Star Performance bonus, eligibility criteria should be achieved once again in the prior 12 months.
7.5. ROYALTY INCOME
FOR BLACK DIAMOND, ROYAL BLACK DIAMOND & CROWN BLACK DIAMOND
0.5% of Global BV turnover of the company will be shared among all the Eligible achievers
Eligibility Terms
The performance bonus will be paid on the global turnover after eligibility.
Once eligible, the royalty will be paid for 15 months, subject to active clause. To continue getting the royalty, eligibility criteria should be achieved once again in the prior 15 months.
7.6. CAR FUND
2% of Global BV turnover of the company will be shared among all the Eligible achievers and we create a pool for Silver 40%, Pearl with 30%,Emerald & Gold with 30%.
8. TERMS & CONDITIONS :-
Terms Applicable:
Any Distributor who has not done any purchases for more then a month the account will be freezed.
A Distributor requires to be Active for getting Income / Benefits.
A Distributor to be remain Active requires to maintain 150 bv in 4 rolling weeks.
All the Income / Benefit will be paid after necessary deduction of TDS as applicable and a 5% of Handling Charges on Gross Commission.
The Company reserved the right to change/modify/edit the Business plan fully or may be part of without prior notice, and the decision of Company is full and final.
