Quick Start Bonus As a new representative, you are eligible to earn a special quick start bonus. If you reach the position of Executive Trainer (ET) in your first 30 days by acquiring at least 12 customer points and two qualified IMRs (business partners) you will receive a one-time $250 bonus. You must be the sponsor and enroller of the two qualified IMRs counting toward your quick start bonus requirements. You can earn even more by exceeding the ET position requirements in your first 30 days. Acquire 15 customer points and three qualified IMR’s for $400, 20 customer points and 4 qualified IMR’s for $600, or 25 customer points and 5 qualified IMRs for $1000. You can earn half of any quick start bonus by meeting the requirements above in your first 60 days. The quick start bonus is paid out the Friday following qualification, as long as the representative and/or their qualifying downline(s) have been in the business more than 10 business days and the downlines CABs have been released.

Earned Position Bonuses

In addition to earning bonuses for achieving ET in 30 days, you can also earn bonuses when you qualify for ED, ND and SVP in a set time frame. Earn $750 by qualifying for ED in your first 60 days, $1,500 by qualifying for ND in your first 90 days, and $5,000 by qualifying for SVP in your first 180 days. Refer to specific position requirements found on page 2 of this document. Earned position bonuses for ED and ND are paid once position has been maintained for 30 consecutive days.

The earned position of SVP must be maintained for 60 consecutive days before bonus is paid.

Customer Acquisition Bonuses

If you are the enroller of a new IMR that quali es their position within 30 days of their start date, you will be eligible for a onetime Customer Acquisition Bonus (CAB). The dollar amount of the CAB is determined by your leadership position on the date and time that the new IMR started the business. CABs are only awarded when IMRs meet the minimum customer acquisition requirements. A new IMR must acquire at least 8 points on any combination of products or services, which must include one customer outside of the new IMRs household. As your organization grows, there will be many “generations” of IMRs. Every time a new IMR becomes quali ed, 5LINX pays a CAB. How much of that CAB you receive depends on your leadership position and the leadership position held by the other representatives between you and the new IMR who becomes quali ed in their  rst 30 days. Example – If you are an ED when a new IMR enrolls and they qualify their position in their  rst 30 days, you can receive up to $40 ($20 if you are the open-line ET, and $20 if you are the open-line ED when they enroll). Customer Acquisition Bonuses are held for ten (10) days from the date the new representative shows as being quali ed before they are paid out.

Open-Line Bonuses

In addition to earning individual CAB bonuses when a new representative enrolls and gets quali ed in their  rst 30 days, you may also be eligible to receive open-line bonuses based on your monthly production. To receive an open-line bonus, you must be a quali ed ET or above, and meet the minimum number of QIMRs in your openline as outlined in the chart provided. You must also have a personal TeeVee account in order to be eligible for any open-line bonuses. Open-line bonuses are paid out the  rst Friday following the 15th each month.

Customer Milestone Bonuses

As a 5LINX Representative, you can earn additional bonuses each month if you acquire 25 or 50 customers. You are able to earn these bonuses each month as long as you maintain the required number of customers for each club. The 25 and 50 customer club is based on number of actual customers, not customer points. Refer to your personal customer report to see your total number of customers counting towards this bonus. Energy certi cation and Velocity orders do not count towards these milestone bonuses. The 25 and 50 customer club bonuses are paid out the  rst Friday following the 15th each month.

Commission on Product Sales

Earn 10-20% commission on the sale of 5LINX products (ex. Hi5 Wellness and MontaVida Products). As a new representative, you earn 10% commission on products purchased by you or your customers. When you reach 25 personal customer points, you will receive 15% personal commission on all new product sales, and 20% personal commission on new sales when you reach 50 customer points or more. As you reach leadership positions, you can earn commission on product sales by members of your downline. As a representative with 10 personal customer points, 15% of a product sale’s commission value (CV) is paid to the upline. If you are an ED at the time the order is placed, you would receive 5% of the total 15% CV distributed among your organization. Commissions on product sales begin paying out 60 days after a customer’s order date.

Residual Commission on Personal, Referred and Team Sales

Residual commissions are paid on the residual customers in your entire organization based on the leadership position you are quali ed for within the 5LINX compensation plan at the date and time of a customer’s order. For a complete list of commission values, refer to Doc 715 in the Virtual O ce. As an IMR – earn 10% of the assigned CV; Earn up to 65% of the CV as higher leadership positions are achieved. Residual income commission continues each month as long as the customer remains on the service. At the ND, SVP and PSVP levels you can earn generational income based on the organization built below you. You can be paid out at each position level but you cannot be paid for multiple generations at the same position (ex: If I am an SVP, I can be paid at the SVP and ND position, but not at the ND1 or SVP1 or SVP2 generation if I am the open line). Refer to chart below for speci c amounts.

The great thing is—virtually nothing changes for you. There will be no interruption of service, the utility company still services and bills the account. In some markets the supplier may bill for the supply portion separately; in other markets it is included in the bill provided by the utility company. The only change is that the supply of energy to the utility company comes from a competitive supplier.

ENROLLMENT PROCESS

When you choose a competitive supplier, the switch process begins with your enrollment form. Once you complete the form, the Energy Service Company (ESCO) that made the offer will notify your utility company of your choice. You’ll continue to be serviced directly from the local utility company you’ve been using with no service interruptions.

5LINX representatives are energy-certified and have successfully completed the training course to offer Energy to potential customers.

Enrollment is easy. Just visit your 5LINX Representative’s personal website to review information on the energy industry, how deregulation works, and energy-saving tips. Then you just select the competitive completely online (in select markets). The information collected is securely routed to an affiliated energy supplier, which will confirm and process your “switch.”

MORE ON THE ENERGY PROGRAM

  • 5LINX representatives must complete a University Energy training course before the Energy program will appear in their personal website
  • Customers enroll online; there is there will be no door to door sales, door hangers, mass mailings, or spam
  • Competitive supply offers are available in select markets, availability is dependent upon the status of deregulation in that market and the presence of 5LINX affiliated suppliers

COMPETITIVE ENERGY SUPPLY OFFERS

Competitive supply offers vary from market to market and may have fixed or variable terms. With fixed pricing, consumers lock in a rate today and they will pay that rate for the supply portion of their service during the life of the contract. Variable pricing is often offered at a discount to the utility company’s price and fluctuates with market conditions from month to month. Most consumers are already on variable pricing with their utility companies today.
