ALPHAY COMPENSATION PLAN

This article is an in-depth look at all of the different aspects of the Alphay compensation plan.

In your first month or two, you do NOT need to understand the entire comp plan. In fact, don’t. Your only task is to pay attention to the most important things to know in the beginning .

What to know first

1. Placement Team Bonus: your weekly pay is based Status Level, which is determined by the size of your first order. Be sure you grasp the importance coming in at the highest level (15% Status Level) even before you sign up. If you need to initially come in at 5% or 10%, know the last day of your 8-week allowance for upgrading to 15%.

2. 30-60-90 Quick Start Incentive: – Focus on getting yourself to Power 3 in your first 30 days (that’s 3 Distributors and 3 Customers) – Get each of your Distributors to get to Power

3 – Understand why Power 3 is the key to building momentum and leverage and exponential growth 3. 10 Customer Bonus: while not required, there are some powerful financial incentives for getting 10 customers. Read through all of the pay methods related to customers.

4. You must be ACTIVE to get paid any commissions. Active means generating at least 50 Personal Qualifying Volume (PQV), in the current or previous 4 weeks. In real terms, that means being on autoship with at least 1 bottle (which happens to equal 50 points); that will keep you always Active. QUICKSTART INCENTIVE (AKA 30-60-90)

1. The 30 – 3+3 Achievement Bonus (Power 3) Timeframe

3. “90” — MacBook Air Incentive Timeframe:

CUSTOMER ACQUISITION PROGRAMS
1. 10 Customer Club Bonus Who is Eligible:

Understanding Placement Tree and Sponsor Tree

As an Alphay Distributor, you get paid to build a network of Consumers and Distributors. Your compensation for building that one network is tracked through two maps, called trees: the Sponsor Tree and the Placement Tree. Everyone who joins your team will have a position in both of these trees. All commissions and bonuses in the entire Alphay compensation plan (and described in this document) are based on building your Sponsor Tree… with the sole exception of the Placement Team Commission. Let’s look at them both. Sponsor Tree The Sponsorship Tree tracks the connection between every sponsor and their PSDs (Personally Sponsored Distributors). The distributors you personally introduce are automatically and always positioned on your first level (Level 1) of your Sponsorship Tree. The new people each of your PSDs introduce to Alphay will be on each of their own Level 1, which means your Level 2. And so on. The Sponsor Tree keeps track of commissions on all orders after the First/Upgrade orders (ie, all reorders). Distributors are paid through 10 levels of our Sponsor Tree volume: 15% on all PV (Personal Volumes) of L1, and 5% on all PV on L2-L10. ‣ Every person you and your team of distributors introduce to Alphay will be your Sponsor Tree. ‣ Since every order of any Customer becomes part of their sponsor’s volume, you are also paid on all of the L1-L10 Customers, too. ‣ There is no limit to the number of PSDs that you can personally sponsor. The map below shows 4 first level PSDs, but each Distributor can sign up 20 or 100 or more Sponsor Tree legs. ‣ The first 10 levels of your Sponsor Tree are also known as the Unilevel. ‣ Worth repeating: in the 13+ ways we get paid (see the wheel image on page one), all of them (except one) are paid through building your Sponsor Tree. ‣ In the Sponsor Tree, you can’t manually ‘place’ anyone—every person you sign up automatically goes onto your Level 1. Every person your Level 1 people sign up goes onto their Level 1, and so forth.
