In this article we are going to review Smart Value Company, which is a network marketing company in India only.
Smart Value brings a lot of offers and trips to its distributor, which are given on the conditions to be availed. Smart Value is integrated with APLL, which sells computer courses.
WHAT IS SMART VALUE ?
What is its product and income plan, as well as we will discuss APLL in this article.
Smart Value is an Indian company registered on 20th December 2006 as MCA from Delhi. Its full name is Smart Value Limited.
Boddu Prasad Reddy, Shivakumar Krishnamurthy and Nirmala Arora are the current directors of Smart Value.
Smart Value and APLL have been seen together. APLL is registered under MCA under the name Asian Pacific Learning Leverage Private Limited.
APLL describes itself as an education platform, but many people talk about APLL being a fraud, this controversy we have talked about at the end of this article.
JOINING SMART VALUE
Any person can join as a direct seller with Smart Value.
To join, it is necessary to buy its products, as well as add other people to it for commission.
To join Smart Value, legal identity proof such as PAN card, Aadhar card and bank account information is required.
To join, you can contact any existing Associate of the company and with his sponsor ID, you can join the company.
After joining, you need to purchase products for 100 Miles (from 13,000 to 22,000 rupees) to get all types of income.
SMART VALUE INCOME PLAN
Smart Value promises to give a total of 6 types of income, which are as follows.
- Referral Income
- Retail Profit
- Quantity Volume Income
- Business Point Commission
- Retail Consistency Bonus (RCB)
- Flagship Bonus
Initially not all income is available and there are some conditions to get every income.
Before understanding the plan of Smart Value, some aspects such as BV and Miles should be understood.
Miles: On the purchase of every product, you get some Miles, which is used to calculate the income.
BP: Its full form is Business Point and it is a type of company’s currency unit, which is used to convert income into national currency.
1. Referral Income
The income plan of Smart Value is 1:2 or 2:1 binary plan.
Under the Smart Value plan, you can make 2 downlines in any one of your legs and one downline in any one leg, which can be called a matching pair.
To get referral income, recruitment has to be done, that is, distributors have to be made in the downline. To get this income, you have to match certain Miles. In the chart below, you can see how many rupees you are given for matching how many miles.
Miles कमीशन

तीसरे 900 Miles 4700 रुपये
चौथे 900 Miles 4700 रुपये

In the first 900 Miles, commission is paid 3 times on the basis of 300 Miles Rs. 1600.
2. Retail Income
According to this income, you can earn Retail Profit i.e. retail profit by selling the company’s product at MRP.
The product is provided by the company to the member at AP (Associate Price), which is a company’s own price under which the products are available at a discount of 15 to 36%.
You can calculate Retail Profit by the following formula:
MRP – AP = Retail Profit
3. Quantity Volume Income
Under this income, you can earn maximum profit by selling the combo product of the company, because a higher percentage discount is given by the company on the combo product.
4. Business Point Commission
Under this income, 1 BP is provided by the company on completing 100 Miles of both the legs together.
Keep in mind, the total 100 Miles should be in the ratio of 1:2 or 2:1. For every 100 Miles completed, 1 BP is available.
5. RCB (Retail Consistency Bonus)
To get this income, you have to earn 2 BP for three consecutive weeks and on doing this work is given the title of Star Retailer (SR) by the company.
If you earn 1 to 5 BP in 1 week after becoming SR, then approximately Rs 150 per BP is given as RCB.
Car Fund and House Fund are also given under this income.
To get Car Fund, 6 BP to 500 BP has to be earned in 1 week and in the form of Car Fund, about 150 rupees extra per BP is given by the company.
Similarly, to get House Fund, more than 500 BP has to be earned in 1 week and additional 150 rupees are also given by the company in the form of House Fund.
SMART VALUE PRODUCTS
Health, Fashion, FMCG, Agriculture and Education courses (Books and DVDs) are present in Smart Value Product List.
In this, initially one has to buy product combos, whose price ranges from Rs 6,000 to Rs 22,000. Miles are fixed on each combo, which are used to calculate the income separately.
Being an MLM company, Smart Value products can be expensive for the end consumer. Therefore, you have to take the decision of joining, keeping an eye on the quality and price of the product at your level.
SMART VALUE REVIEW
This information was from Smart Value’s plan and product. Now let’s talk about our personal review on Smart Value.
First of all, to join Smart Value, one has to buy a large amount of products, which is not in everyone’s budget.
Where now most of the direct selling company induces to buy products from 1000 to 2000 rupees. Smart Value has to buy expensive combos, which is its major drawback.
If you compare with other well-known direct selling companies like Vestige, then Smart Value’s product is quite common in terms of price.
But some products are different in Smart Value, such as educational books and DVDs.
These products are not needed by everyone and in the 21st century everything can be learned from the Internet for free, so there is no need to buy books and DVDs from Smart Value, which are very expensive.
SCAM IN THE NAME OF APPEAL
Now some scams are coming out in the name of APLL. It works with Smart Value, but this information is not on APLL’s website.
APLL sells its own computer courses, the fees of which are in the thousands and there is nothing wrong with that.
But APLL sells its course under network marketing plan and people are getting cheated.
First, people are charged 200 rupees in the name of meeting and then they are asked to buy the course. After that those who join, they are asked to add more new people to APLL and promise to pay big commission.
Firstly, APLL has not given information about such plans on its website. Secondly, money circulation is happening in the name of computer courses.
Like the eBiz scam, the APLL pyramid scheme proves to be true, where the student’s money is being diverted in the name of expensive courses.
