Ironically, the “natural hair care products” has caused many people to lose more hair and their entire business has gone very wrong. That’s why you should really stay away from this company because it has a really bad reputation now. I’m guessing that this might even be the end of Monat!

What is MONAT Global?
MONAT stands for “Modern Nature”. They claim themselves to be the leading cosmetic & hair care company backed by science.
They were founded in late 2014.
Basically, they have a line of unique products trying to solve people’s “hair aging” problems, such as hair loss, through their powerful:
- Shampoo
- Conditioner
- Hair spray
- Hair repair treatment
Their most popular product is this thing called Rejuveniqe Oil Intensive.
According to them, this is what Rejuveniqe Oil Intensive can do…
“Nourish and energize your scalp with an invigorating blend of 13+ Natural Plant and Essential Oils rich in omega fatty acids, antioxidants and nutrients highly compatible with the skin and hair. This unique, proprietary formula helps repair and protect against oxidative stress and adding body. As a result, the hair looks instantly healthier with long-lasting shine.”
They claimed that their products are ALL natural, safe-to-use, pure and sustainable.
All these can seem very appealing on the surface.
But let me tell you, it’s far from the truths…
MONAT Global Ugly Truths Revealed!
1. Poor Quality & Overpriced Products
How much do you think the Rejuveniqe Oil Intensive cost?
It’s USD$99 for a 30ml bottle!!
Ok, I understand. Some of you might argue that expensive product has its value.
But let me reveal to you something…
There have been lots and lots of complaints from real customers saying that Monat hair care products, instead of rejuvenating their hair, has caused massive hair loss issues.
Not only that, there have been cases of other issues like itchiness, rashes, scalp problem, etc…
This is a really concerning issue.
To be honest, I’ve not tried Monat’s products before. But you cannot deny the fact that there are tons of complaints on this from real customers.
Just take a look at these:
And as you can see, these complaints are not those very old and outdated type.
Look at the timing of these complaints being published – just a couple of hours ago as the time of this writing!
2. Poor Support System
Apart from the problematic product, they also have a faulty system!
According to Better Business Bureau (BBB)…
- Monat’s Terms & Conditions are not clearly disclosed
- There are tons of complaints that customers cannot cancel their autoship
- Customers are unable to reach the company
- Monat ignore customers refund request
BBB has informed Monat Global regarding these complaints since 2016.
But BBB has checked on Monat again this year 2018. They found out that there’s NO improvement at all. They simply failed to eliminate the issues.
Once again, I don’t have these experience myself and I’m not making this up.

As you can see, all kinds of consumer complaints just keep rolling in…
There are even people selling Monat’s product on Amazon and see these negative reviews on Amazon:

I understand some of you critics will say that I’m biased because I only choose those negative reviews to show.
But if you really go and do some research yourself, you’ll find that negative reviews far outweigh positive reviews.
Just take a look at the number of complaints on BBB:

At this point of writing, there are a total of 689 complaints listed on BBB.
Yes, there are positive reviews too. But you just can’t deny the fact that these complaints far outweigh the positive ones.
This indicates that there is really a huge problem with MONAT Global’s product, system and customer service.
4. Numerous Class-Action Lawsuits
It doesn’t stop at just consumer’s complaints.
4 Class-Action lawsuits have been filed on February 2018, and the fifth is brewing in Canada in March 2018, against Monat Global for fraud and deception.

Another reason for such success is also because people have been saying Monat is pretty generous with their compensation plan.
Before all the complaints start pouring in, Monat was a pretty successful company.

Being a MLM company doesn’t mean it’s a scam. Having such scandals doesn’t imply that it is a scam either.
However, like what I’ve shown you in this MONAT Global review, this company is going downhill at the moment.
If they can’t handle all these complaints and lawsuits, there’s a high chance that it may go down.
So, there’s really no point trying to fight an uphill battle with this company. It’s too hard to persuade people when your company has so many complaints and lawsuits, right?
How can you acquire new clients and downlines to grow your business in this kind of situation?
The best way is just to stay away from it so that you won’t be affected.
Also, after seeing all those scary case studies, I’m sure you don’t dare to even try Monat’s products, right?
So, just leave this company alone and find something else. There are TONS of ways for you to make a living.
