iGalen compensation plan is set up to help you leverage the work you are doing today to keep earning tomorrow. Here is how you can increase your pay cheque every month.
Retail Profit
Earn up to 35% by purchasing product at wholesale and selling them at retail. You will have a replicated website to send customers to so they can purchase product and you keep the profit!
Fast Start Bonus
With the Fast Start Bonus you earn immediate income on the initial purchase of each business partner you bring in to your iGalen team. This is a great way to get your business up and running quickly.
For example: if you enroll as a Platinum distributor and then enroll a new Distributor at the Platinum level you would receive a Fast Start Bonus of $240 (30% x 800 BV = $240). If you enrolled a new Gold distributor you would receive a Fast Start Bonus of $120 (30% x 400 BV = $120).
You can see just how quickly you can make back your investment and grow business just by introducing new distributors. The best part is there is no limit on how many people you can bring in to your team.
Team Team Commissions
This is calculated from your placement tree, which has 2 teams: a Left team and a Right team. You will then be compensated based on successfully building 2 teams of your own. To earn the Team Commission, you must accumulate 500 BV on one side of your team and 1000 BV on the other side. You must be active, fully qualified, and be at minimum a Bronze rank or above to earn this commission.

Leadership Matching Bonus
You are also able to earn a Matching Bonus based off a percentage of Team Commissions from people that you have personally brought in to your iGalen team.
Leadership Bonus Pool
Once you rank at Ruby level or above you will qualify for the Leadership Bonus. This Bonus is based on your ranking as a distributor. Please see the qualification chart to learn more about ranks.
Lifestyle Bonus
iGalens Lifestyle Bonus gives you the opportunity to qualify for a monthly bonus. This Bonus can be used however you like, maybe towards a new car payment? You only need to qualify one time in a four week cycle in order to receive this Bonus.
