3. GOLD DIRECTOR BONUS @ 5%
After you become GOLD DIRECTOR, along with PERFORMANCE INCENTIVE, you will also get 5% GOLD DIRECTOR BONUS of the total monthly group BV of your team including your self re-purchase.

4. ROYALTY @ 5%
QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
- Your rank must be Gold Director.
- As soon as any distributer of your team achieves Gold Director rank from any of your direct sponsored groups, you get eligible for monthly Royalty income.
MONTHLY ELIGIBILITY
- Minimum monthly GBV must be at least 10,000 BV with all Non-Gold Directors groups including your monthly Self Re-Purchase.
GOLD DIRECTOR INCOME
EXAMPLE :-
ROYALTY = 5% OF 69,000 = Rs 3,450
GOLD DIRECTOR BONUS = 5% OF 47,000 = Rs 2,350

5. PLATINUM DIRECTOR BONUS @ 7%
QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
- Total accumulated GBV including your accumulated Self Re-Purchase BV must be 7.5 lacs and above.
- The major group & the second major group must have 30% of the total accumulated GBV (7.5 lacs) each from the direct sponsored groups and balance 40% from the rest of all direct sponsored groups.
- The points matching of the monthly business will be done in the ratio of 30:30:40. One point will be of 25,000 BV.
MONTHLY BENEFIT
- Platinum Director Bonus: 5% of the total monthly BV turnover of the company will be distributed among all the qualified Platinums in accordance to the points earned on monthly basis.
- Travel Fund: 2% of the total monthly BV turnover of the company will be distributed among all the qualified Platinums in accordance to the points earned on monthly basis.

6. EMERALD VICE PRESIDENT BONUS @ 6%
QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
- Total accumulated GBV including your accumulated Self Re-Purchase BV must be 30 lacs and above.
- The major group & the second major group must have 30% of the total accumulated GBV (30 lacs) each from the direct sponsored groups and balance 40% from the rest of all direct sponsored groups.
- The points matching of the monthly business will be counted in the ratio of 30:30:40. One point will be of 50,000 BV.
MONTHLY BENEFIT
- Emerald Vice President Bonus: 4% of the total monthly BV turnover of the company will be distributed among all the qualified Emerald in accordance to the points earned on monthly basis.
- Car Fund: 2% of the total monthly BV turnover of the company will be distributed among all the qualified Emerald in accordance to the points earned on monthly basis.

7. SAPPHIRE VICE PRESIDENT BONUS @ 5%
QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
- Total accumulated GBV including your accumulated Self Re-Purchase BV must be 1 crore and above.
- The major group & the second major group must have 30% of the total accumulated GBV (1 crore) each from the direct sponsored groups and balance 40% from the rest of all direct sponsored groups.
- The points matching of the monthly business will be counted in the ratio of 30:30:40. One point will be of 1,00,000 BV.
MONTHLY BENEFIT
- Sapphire Vice President Bonus: 3% of the total monthly BV turnover of the company will be distributed among all the qualified Sapphires in accordance to the points earned on monthly basis.
- House Fund: 2% of the total monthly BV turnover of the company will be distributed among all the qualified Sapphires in in accordance to the points earned on monthly basis.

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
- Total accumulated GBV including your accumulated Self Re-Purchase BV must be 2.25 crores and above.
- The major group & the second major group must have 30% of the total accumulated GBV (2.25 crores) each from the direct sponsored groups and balance 40% from the rest of all direct sponsored groups.
- The points matching of the monthly business will be counted in the ratio of 30:30:40. One point will be of 2,00,000 BV.
MONTHLY BENEFIT
- Diamond President Bonus: 3% of the total monthly BV turnover of the company will be distributed among all the qualified Diamonds in accordance to the points earned on monthly basis.
- Lifestyle Fund: 2% of the total monthly BV turnover of the company will be distributed among all the qualified Diamonds in accordance to the points earned on monthly basis.

9. GOOD SALE POINT @ 3%
MONTHLY ELIGIBILITY
- One point will be of 2500 BV.
MONTHLY BENEFIT
- 3% of total monthly BV turnover of the company will be distributed among all qualified independent distributors in accordance of the points earned on monthly basis.
10. BUSINESS MATCHING INCENTIVE @ 10%
Independent Distributor is awarded 10% Business Matching Incentive, depending on the total point value (PV) matched in his or her left and right team.
For example:
In a day if you do matching of 2300 PV, the Matching Incentive will be Rs. 230.
In a day if you do matching of 10,000 PV, the Matching Incentive will be Rs. 1000.
In a day if you do matching of 25,000 PV, the Matching Incentive will be Rs. 2500.
- If self PV is less than 5000 PV, daily capping will be Rs. 1000.
- If self PV is 5000 PV, daily capping will be Rs. 2500.

11. MENTORSHIP INCENTIVE @ 100%
To earn Mentorship Incentive an Independent Distributor must have personally referred 2 teams. Dayjoy Compensation plan rewards its independent Distributors with 100% of Business Matching Incentive paid to their directly sponsored Independent Distributors as Leadership Bonus.
Example:
- There are 10 directly sponsored Independent Distributors and all of them have reached the daily maximum threshold limit of earning Business Matching Incentive. Then, your Mentorship Incentive will be as:

12. ANNUAL REWARDS
REWARDS ELIGIBILITY-:
- 30% of the following BV should be from the major group, 30% from second major group and 40% from rest of the groups.
- The independent distributor shall get the highest reward achieved in a year.
- The independent distributor should complete his/her monthly repurchase condition throughout the year to avail the reward.
- The reward cycle will start from the date of activation of your id.
