It is an opportunity that you can join and make money through multiple levels of pay that you can earn through direct and indirect sponsoring and also from retail sales.
The company has been very stable in growth throughout the years that they’ve been in business which leads me to believe they have a stable business model.
The company claims that they are the biggest direct sales company that is out there which is not really the case but it sounds good to say.

In this section of the review, we are going to take a look at the company information.
We like to see who owns the company with an opportunity that offers commissions through MLM because it shows transparency and a bit more trust so we can learn about the background of the owner and see what kind of experience that person has.
The Alliance In Motion (AIM) Global was founded by Dr. Eduardo Cobantog as the CEO, John Aperin as the CMO, and Francis Miguelas the CFO.
Here is a breakdown of the company:
- AIM launched back in September 2005
- The company is based out of Franklin, TN in the USA.
- They are part of the MLMIA. (The Association of Network Marketing)
- The opportunity is worldwide. (Kuwait, US, Canada, Hawaii, Ghana, and even Nigeria)
The company offers a big assortment of products that include items like soap, coffee, drinks, supplements, and vitamins.
So far, I am really liking the transparency and business model that Alliance In Motion has in place.

In this section of the review, we are going to take a look at the products that AIM Global offers.
We learned in the last section that AIM Global is an MLM company so one of the things that an MLM company needs in order for it to be in compliance is retail products or a service that can be sold to people that want to purchase a product without needing to join the opportunity.
Alliance in Motion Global does offer a vast assortment of products for retail and also for a discounted wholesale price for the distributor members.
Alliance in Motion Global has come up with a unique way to distribute the products they offer.
Depending on what country you live in, the products that they offer will vary.
I personally haven’t seen this type of distribution that I can remember in an MLM company.

The products that are listed in the last bulleted section include supplements and powders that help in slowing down the aging process, help improve immunity in children and protect your DNA.
All the products have a certification with the FDA, BFAD, GMP, NAFDAC, including HALAL, Kosher, and Sullivan Product Quality.
AIM Global also includes a whitening product line that helps brighten or lighten different parts of your body.
These whitening products are a big deal in the Asian market and include:
- Naturacentials Soap
- Naturacentials Toothpaste
- Naturacentials Masculine Wash
- Naturacentials Feminine Wash
AIM Global offers products for almost every country.
The only downside that I see in the products that they offer is they do make some bold health claims that can be easily remedied but overall the company is still looking very good.

Alliance In Motion Compensation Plan Breakdown
In this section of the review, we are going to take a look at the AIM Global compensation plan and how you make money with it.
Alliance in Motion Global offers 2 main ways that you can make money which are:
- Retail Commissions
- Referral Commissions
When there is a good balance of the 2 in any MLM company than the FTC will always approve it as being in compliance.
However, we can’t gain access to the book for any MLM company but being that AIM Global has been in business since 2005 it is safe to assume that they do have a good balance.
What is different from AIM Global when compared to other MLM companies is that you have to buy in bulk product packs instead of individual product sales.
6 Ways To Earn
Retail Commissions
As an affiliate member or distributor for AIM Global, you can sell the products for retail which will earn you a profit of 25% from your wholesale price and the retail price you sell it for.
Referral Commissions
When you sponsor or enroll a new customer or affiliate member you will earn commissions and also points that will go toward the compensation plan that AIM Global offers for additional commissions.
The company pays residual commissions using the MLM binary compensation plan structure.
For those that are not familiar with how a binary compensation plan works here is a quick breakdown:
- A binary has 2 legs. (left and right) which are known as your 2 “teams”.
- The 2 legs have separate volume counts that count toward your commissions.
- You must have an “always active” personally referred member on your left and right leg to qualify for these commissions.
- Either leg can be filled to an unlimited amount of levels.
- Personally sponsored members will always land on the outside of either leg.
- Depth can be accomplished through direct and indirect sponsoring.
- Binary pay plans pay off of the leg that has fewer sales volume also known and the “weaker leg”
I hope that makes a little more sense on how the MLM binary compensation plan model works for those that needed more of an explanation.
Depending on your rank will determine the amount of money that you can earn from the AIM Global compensation plan.
The company also offers additional “bonus” ways to earn that include a matching bonus, bonus profit sharing pool, and fast start commissions.
Here is a breakdown of the different ways that you can earn from the AIM Global compensation plan.
Residual Commissions (Binary Pay Structure)
AIM Global offers residual commissions that are paid using the binary compensation plan structure.
The way that they pay these commissions is from a 1 to 1 ration from both legs.
When you have 1200 points of volume on your left leg and 1200 volume on your right you will trigger a $30 commissions.
The points can accumulate multiple times and will get paid on the next commissions run.
These commissions are paid daily but are capped at $480 per day.
Any points that are not counted or leftovers are rolled over to the next day’s commissions run.
Matching Bonus (Unilevel Pay Structure)
Alliance In Motion Global also offers a matching bonus that is paid from your personally referred and team member’s binary commissions that they earn.
They pay these commissions using the unilevel compensation plan structure.
For those that are unfamiliar with how the unilevel plan works here is a quick breakdown:
- 1st Level – This level of your unilevel compensation plan structure will only have your personally referred members on it.
- 2nd Level – This level of your unilevel compensation plan will only have team members that your level 1 members personally sponsored in it.
- 3rd Level – This level of your unilevel compensation plan will only have team members that your level 2 members personally sponsored in it.
- and so on…
The unilevel pays 5% to 10% and offers 9 levels that you can earn from.
Here is a breakdown of the commissions that you can earn from the unilevel pay plan:
- Level 1 – This level of your unilevel compensation plan will pay you 10%. Personally referred members)
- Level 2 through 9 – These levels of your unilevel compensation plan will pay you 5%.
Royalty Income Bonus Commissions
AIM Global offers what they call a “Royalty Income Bonus”.
These are commissions that you can earn when you qualify as an Ambassador rank.
Once you qualify for this rank you can earn an additional 2% from all of your Global Ambassador ranked members down through 5 levels using the unilevel pay plan structure.
Profit-Sharing Commissions (Bonus Pool)
AIM Global also offers the ability to earn from the company profits that they make.
You have to first qualify as a Global Ambassador rank and also generating at least 2000 GV in the company before you can start receiving these commissions.
Here is a breakdown of the shares that you can earn in the company profit sharing pool:
- Level 1 – Qualify as a Global Ambassador rank and generate at least 2000 GV per month. This will give you 1 share.
- Level 2 – Qualify as a Global Ambassador rank, refer at least 3 Global Ambassadors that generate at least 2000 GV per month. This will give you 2 shares.
- Level 3 – Qualify as a Global Ambassador rank, refer at least 5 Global Ambassadors that generate at least 2000 GV per month. This will give you 3 shares.
AIM Global will also give you an additional bonus when you qualify that include travel incentives, but the qualifications are not described on the website that I was able to find other than the mention that they do offer incentives like this.

No, Alliance In Motion (AIM) Global is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau.
However, the company does have a listing on their website that you can find here.
The listening offers an A+ rating but no accreditation.
I do not usually ever take into consideration when a rating or when the BBB offers accreditation.
This is because the BBB has been known to have manipulated ratings and reviews from 3rd party companies that offer to better your score.
I do like to visit the BBB for additional company information and compare reviews and testimonials with my other resources when the BBB offers it.
How Much Does It Cost To Join Alliance In Motion (AIM) Global?
The cost to join the Alliance in Motion (AIM) Global opportunity will be around $200 USD.
I wasn’t able to find that actual pricing for the opportunity on the company pages at this time due to a coding error.
But the price that I mentioned earlier was taken from other respected sources.

Is Alliance In Motion A Scam Or Legit Opportunity?
In my opinion, no, Alliance In Motion (AIM) is not a scam.
Without any doubt, in my mind and after doing all the research on this company there is no sign that the AIM Global opportunity is a scam in any way.
They have a solid business model that has lasted the test of time which is very important when it comes to MLM.
Pros
- They offer retail products
- Solid business structure
- Fair compensation plan
- Many years in business (since 2005)
- A wide variety of solid products
- They seem to be in MLM compliance
Cons
- Some of the promotional material (borderline health claims etc.)

AIM Global has strict rules about joining and marketing other MLM companies, so if you want to promote multiple opportunities you risk that chance to get kicked out.
My Final Alliance In Motion (AIM) Global Review And Thoughts
In the final section of the review, I will share my final thoughts on the Alliance In Motion (AIM) Global opportunity as a whole.
We have taken the time to review the company, the products, and the compensation plan and came to a final conclusion on whether or not the company was a legitimate business opportunity or a scam.
We found that they have everything an MLM company needs to be in compliance and the amount of time they have been in business justifies my opinion.
They have a fair compensation plan with a wide variety of products that are available in almost every country.
The management and business model are solid in our opinion.

Is The Alliance In Motion (AIM) Global Opportunity Recommended?
As far as an MLM company to get started in that will be around for many years, then yes I absolutely would recommend the AIM Global company.
However, if you are new to making money online and just getting started then I would not recommend this company to get started with just because MLM has a really long learning curve before you start making any kind of significant money.
